Happy Birthday

Good afternoon ladies

This card was made for the Seize the Birthday Challenge.

 

It is simple but i love it. I cut four candles from striped paper and adhered to the card.For the wicks I added silver drops. The Happy Birthday was stamped using black ink and I pasted a butterfly below the greeting to add some bling

Old School

 Good afternoon ladies

I made this card for the Make The Cards Challenge. I took a light pink card base and attached the green color embossed layer. Then I attached another pink layer with faux stitching. I attached a pale yellow color satin ribbon rose with two leaves and attached 4 green color dots on the four corners of the card and stamped the Thank you sentiment to the card.

Merry Christmas

 Good Afternoon Ladies

The final card

Before

Today I made a Christmas scene card which I am going to send for Multiple challenges. This is the first time I am doing it. I coloured and fussy cut the three images and attached to the card front using foam squares. I also attached the clouds which were cut from dies to the card front using foam squares. I colored the sky in blue. I didnt color the pants of the little girl and boy as I thought it would be too much. I stamped the sentiment to the card front and attached half pearls in red to give the christmassy feeling.I added layers of coloring to the pixie hats and added white splatters which are a little shiny.

Mixed media card a first

 Good afternoon friends

I did a mixed media card for the first time with inspiration from Darlene Pavlick. As  i didnt know how to do it I went our eternal friend You Tube and watched some videos. Then I jumped to do it as nothing can be done without experience. I did a mock project on a cardboard to see whether it collaborates. 

I applied home made Gesso to prime the card piece and added a book page which is very old, I scrunched the page and applied brown and gold ink to give it a vintage look. I touched the edges of the book page too. Then I pasted the flower which was also touched with brown and gold.  What is a flower without a butterfly. I die cut a butterfly and colored it in brown and gold and attached it.As I am  yet to own any stencils I found a piece of mesh clothwith small holes and applied it using brown and gold ink 

I colored the white twine in brown and tied a bow  I layered the sentiment Hugs and attached it to the card.

Mason Jars

 Good afternoon ladies

I made a card for the Double D challenge. 

First I used  an embossing folder and embossed the butterflies and flowers to the card base. I stamped the mason Jar and butterfly using black ink. I stamped the mason jar twice to get some depth. I colored some of the butterflies and flowers in Orange and black using the Derwent Inktense pencils a gift to me from Darlene. Thank you so much Dear Darlene. I tied a cream color ribbon as i did not have any twine in Orange. This card is for my Grand daughter as i miss her so much. Iam attaching a photo of her with a friend. My grand daughter is in specs.
